I don't know where to begin. I was not only impressed with the service, but the professionalism and the warm smiles. This is my second experience with Family To Family. They are awesome! The cars...are unbelievable! You see, in those cars it didn't look like we were going and coming from a funeral! It looked and felt like we were going and coming from the oscars! Somebody can look at those cars and ask I wonder which celebrity/-ies are in those cars! Just for those moments I almost forgot I was going to my brother's home going. These are not typical funeral limos or hearses. They shine! They have a very good sound system! The chrome shines! The whites are pure white! There was red in the one I rode in so that the car didn't look boring, funerally (for lack of a better word) and typical which can help a person to become depressed or more depressed. It gives you something else to look at and think about during those moments. I guess it could be like some type of therapy. They also ride very smoothly. To me the non typical goes above and beyond the call of duty while one family helps grieving families go through the process of laying their loved ones to rest. There's no greed here. This is so refreshing as you don't see good integrity and good character much these days. You see greed, over charging, laziness, sloppy work...This is an honor to me because this the third time I've seen this non typical service since my brother went home to be with the Lord. I want to personally thank Family to Family for assisting us with our Beloved Dr. Arthur Collins. I have never experienced a wake were it wasnt sad and drawn out. The ambiance bought light and gave my family a since of celebration for our love one. It was very clean, smelled fresh not like other mortuaries, and the music was soft not that elevator horror music that make you sad at wakes. They accomadated our family with the Finest 5 Rolls Royces and a Sprinter. It was perfect to send our Dr. C out with style.
